IS R3 2022 CANCELED?

No, R3 2022 is being postponed in the best interest of public health, it is not being canceled. As soon as new dates are secured for Spring 2022 we will update all attendees.

WHAT ABOUT HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS?

If you booked rooms within TTI Success Insights’ R3 room block, you do not need to call to cancel. The hotel will cancel the block, and a room cancellation notice will be sent to the email address on file for the registration.

If you did NOT book through the block, cancel your registration as soon as possible by calling Sheraton at 866-837-4156. Most hotels (including the Sheraton) have a 7-day cancellation window prior to check-in. If you booked alternative lodging (AirBNB, VRBO, etc.), check your account for details.

WHAT ABOUT TRAVEL PENALTIES?

As the coronavirus and COVID-19 illness continues to dominate US travel, domestic airlines have introduced flexible change and cancellation policies for both existing and new bookings. Visit this link for more detailed reference.

WHAT ARE THE NEW DATES FOR THE EVENT, AND WHERE WILL IT BE HELD?

While we would love to have new dates confirmed quickly, we are still working out the details. We hope to reschedule R3 in the Spring and will make those decisions based on the constantly changing environment. While we are targeting a specific timeframe, we can’t be certain this will come to reality as we’re juggling the availability and calendars of multiple parties to make a new date work.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE FUNDS OF THOSE WHO HAVE ALREADY REGISTERED?
As of right now all registrations are paused. We aren’t processing anything until the end of January when we’ll have some more details/options to share, so that everyone may make their personal, best decision.
WHAT ABOUT REFUNDS?
If you would like a refund and/or will not be able to attend the new R3 2022 dates when announced, please send a request via email to refunds@ttiltd.com and our team will process it as quickly as possible. All refund requests must be in writing to be considered official.
CAN I HAVE A CREDIT FOR MY REGISTRATION?

If you would like a credit to use for our new R3 2022 dates, we’ll keep your registration valid. Nothing additional is needed on your part!

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE PEOPLE WHO CANCELED THEIR REGISTRATION BUT WANT TO ATTEND THE NEW DATES?

Unfortunately, the system will not allow us to reinstate registrations, therefore they will need to re-register as if they are brand new.

WHAT ABOUT THE VENDORS/EXPO?
Similar to the options of registrants, we will allow each vendor to make the decision that is best for them in regards to requesting a refund, or keeping their agreement and investment for the new dates. If you are a vendor and have questions, please contact refunds@ttiltd.com.
